Welcome to Ancient Conquer, a fan-made Conquer Online private server. By creating an account, downloading our client, or playing on our servers, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Fan-made private server
Ancient Conquer is an unofficial private server inspired by classic Conquer Online gameplay (client version 6159) with quality-of-life features such as Space Drop / Drop Unlock. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TQ Digital or NetDragon. Official Conquer Online trademarks and IP belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use online games and (if you buy credits/items) to make payments in your country. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not share, sell, or trade accounts in ways that violate server rules or enable fraud.
- We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms or in-game rules.
4. Fair play
- No cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or third-party tools that give unfair advantages.
- No real-money trading of in-game items/currency outside official site payment channels.
- No harassment, hate speech, scams, phishing, or impersonation of staff.
- Do not abuse Drop Unlock, referrals, events, or shop systems.
- Follow staff instructions in Discord and in-game.
5. Virtual items and payments
Credits, CPs, VIP, items, and other digital goods purchased or earned on Ancient Conquer have no real-world cash value and remain part of a private entertainment service. Purchases are generally final except where required by law or where we choose to refund for operational reasons (failed payment confirmation, duplicate charge, etc.). Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.
6. Service availability
We may modify rates, events, features, economy, or shut down the service at any time. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Progress and items may be reset or adjusted when needed for balance, security, or technical reasons.
7. Downloads and client
Download the game client only from conqueronline.org or links we officially publish. We are not responsible for malware or account theft from third-party mirrors.
8. Intellectual property of the site
Website design, original text, logos we created, and our custom systems belong to Ancient Conquer operators. Game assets originating from classic Conquer Online remain the property of their owners; our use is for a non-commercial fan private-server community context as commonly understood for nostalgia private servers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Play at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, lost items, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the private server.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, or operational necessity without prior notice when urgent.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
