Ancient Conquer is a fan-made Conquer Online private server operated at conqueronline.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you use our website and game services.
1. Who we are
Ancient Conquer is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TQ Digital or NetDragon. Contact for privacy questions is available through Discord or the on-site support widget when enabled.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash, language preference, and related account fields needed to log in to the website and game.
- Gameplay data: character names, progress, inventory-related web claims, rankings, and similar records generated by playing on the private server.
- Orders and payments: shop/credits order details, payment provider references (for example NOWPayments payment IDs), gift-card codes you submit, and fulfillment status. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, and security signals used for anti-abuse (login, Drop Unlock, rate limits).
- Communications: messages you send via Discord, support chat, or email if you contact us.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account and game access.
- Process shop, credits, redeem-card, and gift-card orders.
- Operate rankings, events, referrals, VIP, and related site features.
- Prevent fraud, bots, chargebacks, and abuse of Drop Unlock or other systems.
- Improve stability, support, and player experience.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies/session storage for authentication, language preference
(ac.lang), and security. Optional third-party widgets (for example Crisp chat or
Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled by admins) may set their own cookies under their policies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with processors that help run the service (payment providers, email delivery, anti-bot / chat vendors) strictly to operate Ancient Conquer. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the server, players, or our rights.
6. Retention
Account, gameplay, and order records are kept while your account remains active and as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Logs may be retained for a limited period for abuse investigation.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (hashed passwords, access controls, rate limits, and related protections). No online service is perfectly secure; protect your password and never share account credentials.
8. Children
Ancient Conquer is intended for players old enough to use online games and payment features legally in their region. If you believe a minor’s data was submitted inappropriately, contact us so we can review and delete where appropriate.
9. Your choices
You may request account-related assistance (including closure requests) via Discord or support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal reasons.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
